Brighthouse Networks Takes Steps Towards Branding

This photo was taken of a stairwell that leads up to the upper bowl at Amway Arena in Orlando, FL home of the Orlando Magic. This is a great example of using a non-traditional canvas to make your brand's mark. My only question is how do you put a value on this type real estate? Number of estimated annual impressions?
